Breathe. Stretch. Unwind. Warm Hatha Kundalini with Melissa. One of peoples favorite classes! Melissa has been inspired by Kundalini yoga… however trained in the base of all yogas, Hatha Yoga, but has added some kundalini inspired warm up kriyas/postures to her class. They are very therapeutic and detoxifying, helping to prevent and help improve rheuatism, digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, improve energy, reduce stress, improve all different health ailments and imbalances, promoting a healthy lifestyle. We begin the class seated with basic breathing, also known as Pranayama, and then move through some kundalini warm ups to prepare the body as we move into a slow flowing hatha style yoga the 2nd half of the class… and we wind back down to our mats to cool down and end in savasana!
