Banding Workout Class

Feeling restricted? Not as bendy as youโ€™d like to be? Mind full of chatter? Not hitting goals in your workouts? Recovering from an injury? ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿปyou have to try this class๐Ÿ‘ˆ๐Ÿป Using therabands we stretch and strengthen. We find better movements within our body. We find greater range of motion. We find more calm within the mind. We walk out feeling amazing. 
If you sit all day, if your job is physically active, if youโ€™re an athlete, if you want to feel better in body and in mind, get to class and get there early; we filled up last week!

ALL fitness levels welcome. Only requirement: long pants. (No jokes. Easier on the leg skin/leg hair) ๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿป Tuesdayโ€™s 7-8pm
