We use Franklin Method Therabands, balls, and movements for full body, dynamic stretching and strengthening!
This is a fantastic class for anyone of any fitness level. Using the bands provides for the right amount of resistance to get the brain and body reorganizing and working together more efficiently. You improve strength and flexibility at the same time.
The bands help to highlight for your brain, muscles that may not be activating properly, and allows for the brain and body to correct movement.
